27.7.08 - Jamaica claimed first-place at the Caribbean First Round Group B Qualification to the 2009 CONCACAF Under-20 Championship held at the Truman Bodden Sports Complex in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands from 23-27 July 2008.
The Reggae Boyz began group play with a 1:0 win over Puerto Rico on 23 July, before topping Bermuda by a score of 4:0 two days later.

20.7.08 - St. Kitts & Nevis captured first-place in the Caribbean First Round Group C Qualification to the 2009 CONCACAF Under-20 Championship held at the Centro Deportivo Guillermo P. Trinidad in Oranjestad, Aruba from 16-20 July 2008.
The Sugar Boyz opened the quadrangular with a 3:2 win against Aruba on 16 July, before playing to a 1:1 draw against Surinam two days later.

6.7.08 - Antigua & Barbuda finished first in the Caribbean First Round Group E Qualification to the 2008 CONCACAF Under-20 Championship held at Ergilio Hato Stadium in Willemstad, Netherlands Antilles from 1-5 July 2008.
The Wadali Boyz opened the four-team tournament with a 3:0 win over Saint-Martin on 1 July, before defeating the hosts, Netherlands Antilles, 1:0, two days later.
