MIAMI – The 2024 Concacaf Caribbean Cup has concluded its group stage as four clubs moved on to the semifinals. Many players delivered outstanding performances, yet these eleven stood out the most in their respective positions.

Here is a look at the 2024 Concacaf Caribbean Cup Best XI for the group stage fixtures:

Goalkeeper

Gooly Elien, Real Hope FA – Elien led the best defense with only two goals allowed and zero defeats. His two clean sheets to end the group stage helped Real Hope seal the final spot to the semifinals. Elien had ten saves in the group stage.

Defenders

Guillermo de Peña, Moca FC – One of the top defensive players of the group stage with six steals, de Peña was also an asset on the offensive side with one goal and seven shots. He helped Moca advance to the semifinals with an undefeated 3-1-0 record.

Peterson Pierre, Real Hope FA – Pierre was one of the top performers on defense with five steals and 13 clearances as part of a defense that conceded two goals, the least amount in the group stage. He also contributed offensively with two shots.

Huguens Michel, Real Hope FA – Michel had six steals, 10 clearances and five shots to help Real Hope advance for the semifinals with an undefeated 2-2-0 record.

Midfielders

Jean López, Cibao FC – With two goals and one assist, López helped Cibao to a 3-1-0 record and first place in Group B. He also helped defensively with four steals and two clearances.

Rivaldo Correa, Cibao FC – Correa contributed three goals, two steals, and one clearance to help Cibao rise into first place in Group B and secure home field advantage in the semifinals.

Clifford Thomas, Moca FC – Thomas one goal and one assist to help Moca advance to the semifinals. He also added nine steals and two clearances as his side went undefeated, 3-1-0, in the group stage.

Dwayne Atkinson, Cavalier FC – With four goals and two assists, Atkinson was one of the best offensive players of the group stage. He also had nine steals and two clearances to help Cavalier finish first in Group A with a 3-0-1 record.

Forwards

Angelo Exilus, Real Hope FA – Exilus was one of the most effective attacking players with three goals from seven shots. He scored a brace in the final group stage match against Mount Pleasant to help Real Hope attain the final place in the semifinals.

Shaquille Stein, Cavalier FC – Stein had four goals and one assist to help Cavalier become the highest scoring team in the group stage.

Gustavo Ascona, Moca FC – With three goals and one assist, Ascona helped Moca advance to the group stage with a 3-1-0 record.
