MIAMI, Florida – The 2024 Concacaf Champions Cup resumes on Tuesday night, beginning with the second leg affair of the Round One series between Orlando City SC of Major League Soccer (MLS) and Canadian Premier League side Cavalry FC at Inter&Co Stadium in Orlando, Florida.
Orlando City are in control of the two-legged affair after having posted a 3-0 win away in the first leg last week in Canada.

It marked a first ever Champions Cup win for Orlando City, and now they will look to close in on more history on Tuesday night. A victory would give Orlando City both their first home win in the Champions Cup, plus their first ever Champions Cup series victory.
Orlando City remain unbeaten all-time in Champions Cup play, with one victory and two draws in three matches.
A draw or a defeat by a two-goal margin would be enough to secure passage to the Round of 16 for Orlando City, thanks to the first leg efforts of players like Facundo Torres and Duncan McGuire. Torres bagged a brace from two shots, while McGuire added the other goal.
Cavalry will certainly be keen to make history themselves with a first Champions Cup win for both the club and the CPL, and an early goal could be the spark for a comeback run.
Myer Bevan, who had 11 goals in 29 CPL games in 2023, was one of the dangermen in attack in the first leg with two shots. Jesse Daley was a workhorse in midfield in making five ball recoveries, while Eryk Korba led the team in passes with 47.
That trio of players and more will be called upon to try to keep Cavalry’s Champions Cup hopes alive.
