2024 Champions Cup finalists Columbus Crew reached the final eight thanks to a stirring 3-2 comeback win over 2023 Leagues Cup winners Inter Miami in the Round of 16.
Diego Rossi’s two goals helped power Columbus to the quarterfinals, where they will meet a New York City FC side that eliminated Liga MX giants Tigres in the previous round. A second half goal from Santiago Rodriguez proved to be the difference in a 2-1 final.
