PACHUCA, Mexico – The 2024 Concacaf Champions Cup is in the history books following CF Pachuca’s 3-0 win over Columbus Crew in the final on Saturday night at the Estadio Hidalgo in Pachuca, Mexico.

The champions led the way with top performances throughout the tournament, including the following players who earned individual distinctions.

Best Player Award, presented by Scotiabank: Salomon Rondon, Pachuca

Salomon Rondon was named the recipient of the Best Player Award, presented by Scotiabank for his involvement in helping Pachuca to its sixth Concacaf Champions Cup.

Rondon was the talisman for the Tuzos with a brace in the final. Rondon also won the Golden Boot with nine goals throughout the tournament.

On four occasions in the 2024 edition, the Venezuelan striker was the author of a game-winning goal for Pachuca. He scored multiple times in the Round of 16, the quarterfinals, and the final.

Best Goalkeeper Award: Patrick Schulte, Columbus Crew

Patrick Schulte was recognized as the Best Goalkeeper of the tournament for his play with runners-up Columbus Crew. The 23-year-old shot-stopper led the way with 36 saves throughout the 2024 edition.

Schulte was a key player for the Crew, who gained important results in the second-leg encounters at Tigres UANL in the quarterfinals, decided by a penalty shootout, and the semifinals at CF Monterrey. Despite falling in the final, Schulte ended the match with six saves.

Top Scorer Award, presented by Qatar Airways: Salomon Rondon, Pachuca

Salomon Rondon finished the tournament with the Top Scorer Award, presented by Qatar Airways for his nine goals with Pachuca. He provided the cup-winning goal in the final on a night where he scored in each half.

Rondon had three multi-goal games in the 2024 edition. He scored a hat-trick in the Round of 16 second leg against the Philadelphia Union and the quarterfinals first leg at CS Herediano.

Young Player Award, presented by Aramco: Emilio Rodriguez, Pachuca

Pachuca winger Emilio Rodriguez is the winner of the Young Player Award, presented by ARAMCO.

The 21-year-old scored his first CCC goal in the second leg of the semifinals against Club America. He collected his second with a strike in the box during the final against the Columbus Crew.

Fair Play Award: Columbus Crew

Columbus Crew have earned the Fair Play Award as the team that best conducted themselves throughout the tournament.
