MIAMI. - The CONMEBOL Copa America USA 2024 begins on June 20, with 16 teams, including six nations from Concacaf, fighting to win the prestigious continental trophy.

The Jamaica men’s national team will participate in the tournament for the third time. The Reggae Boyz qualified for the tournament by reaching the 2023-24 CONCACAF Nations League Finals.

Jamaica will open their 2024 campaign in Group B against Mexico on June 22 in Houston, versus Ecuador on June 26 in Las Vegas, and against Venezuela on June 30 in Austin.

Under the guidance of head coach Heimir Hallgrimsson, Jamaica has achieved historic moments, such as reaching their first Nations League Finals and securing a third-place finish. With a two-match winning streak in World Cup Qualifying, the team is filled with hope and aspiration to return to the tournament finals for the first time since France 1998.

Jamaica, the trailblazers of the Caribbean, made history as the first side from the region to play in the Copa America in the 2015 edition.
