It marks the second CBSC crown won by El Salvador and their first since 2009.
Goals from Elmer Robles, Perdomo and Jason Urbina gave El Salvador an early 3-0 lead, and they would hold on the rest of the way thanks to another three scores from Perdomo.
The U.S. made a surge through a pair of goals from Jason Santos and scores from Tomas Canale and Gabriel Silveira, but were unable to catch Perdomo and the Cuscatlecos.
