2023 Concacaf Gold Cup Prelims final rosters announced

Miami, FL - The 12 men’s senior national teams participating in the 2023 Gold Cup Preliminary Round (Prelims) have submitted their final rosters ahead of the start of the Prelims on June 16. The 17th edition of the Concacaf Gold Cup, which includes the Prelims, will be played between June 16 – July 16, 2023, and will crown the region's best national team.

The rosters have been selected and submitted by each of the teams and are published as such. To be eligible to play in the 2023 Gold Cup, all players are subject to and must fully comply with the criteria stipulated in the applicable FIFA player eligibility regulations.

Changes to the final lists will be allowed in the event of serious injury or approved medical reasons, up until 24 hours before each team’s first match. All changes must be approved by Concacaf, and the replacement player must also come from the teams’ provisional lists.

The 2023 Gold Cup Prelims will take place between June 16-20, 2023, at DRV PNK Stadium (Fort Lauderdale, FL), and will include two direct elimination rounds. For Round One, the 12 participating teams were divided into six pairings. After single-match elimination play, the six-match winners will advance to Round Two. The three Round Two matchup winners will advance to the 2023 Gold Cup Group Stage.

Group Stage action will take place between June 24 – July 4 and will feature 16 nations divided into four groups.

After round-robin play, the top two finishers in each of the groups (eight teams) will advance to a Knockout Stage. The Knockout Stage will be comprised of Quarterfinals, to be played on July 8 and 9, Semifinals on July 12, and Our Final at SoFi Stadium, on Sunday, July 16.

The 2023 Gold Cup is a key part of the region’s vibrant summer of football, which also includes the Concacaf Nations League Finals in Las Vegas, NV, between June 15-18.
