MIAMI, Florida – Friday was semifinal day at the 2023 Concacaf Boys’ Under-15 Championship, with League A, League B and League C all determining the match-ups for Sunday’s Finals.
In League A at the Estadio Olimpico Felix Sanchez in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Mexico started the day off by defeating Jamaica in the first semifinal, while the United States topped Haiti, 1-0, in the second game of the night.
The League B semifinals took place at the Stadion Rignaal Jean Francisca in Willemstad, Curacao, where Nicaragua punched their ticket to the Final with a 2-1 victory over Martinique. That was followed by Saint Lucia taking down Bermuda, 2-0.
It was a busy day in League C, beginning with the semifinals at the Estadio Olimpico Felix Sanchez. Saint Vincent and the Grenadines downed Dominica 4-0, before Saint Martin topped Turks and Caicos Islands 3-1.
League C also saw four teams in action in the Play-Offs at the Estadio Parque Del Este in Santo Domingo, with French Guiana marching to a 5-1 win versus Sint Maarten and British Virgin Islands edging Anguilla 2-1.
