MIAMI – The 2025 Concacaf U-17 Men’s Qualifiers continued with eight matches on Wednesday in the ongoing quest of 35 nations fighting for the eight Concacaf berths at the 2025 FIFA U-17 World Cup.
Play resumed in Groups D, F, G, and H. Honduras, Puerto Rico, the United States, Cuba, Panama, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, and El Salvador all earned second victories to remain perfect in the campaign.
Group D
Saint Martin 0, Puerto Rico 3
Puerto Rico earned a 3-nil win against Saint Martin in Group D at Estadio Francisco Morazán in San Pedro Sula, Honduras.
Eddiel Márquez struck in the 21’ to place Puerto Rico in the lead, while extending his tally to three goals in the current campaign.
Márquez pounced on a rebound in the box to extend the lead in the 62’ and earn a second consecutive brace.
El Huracán Azul earned a third goal in the 85’ through an Adjani Van Putten own goal.
Bonaire 0, Honduras 8
Honduras won 8-nil against Bonaire in Group D at Estadio Francisco Morazán in San Pedro Sula, Honduras.
Deijan García struck a lethal left-footed finish from outside the box in the 3' to place the hosts in the lead.
Yoshua Palacios added the second in the 11' with a header in the box after a Honduras throw-in.
Mike Arana struck inside the penalty area in the 45' to place La H up by three.
David Flores continued the Honduras scoring in the second half with his second of the campaign in the 65’.
Luis Suazo struck a laser from the top of the box in the 69’, assisted Marco Reyes in the 75’, and completed his hat-trick with goals in the 79’ and 86’.

U.S. Virgin Islands 3, Cuba 6
Cuba earned a 6-3 win against the U.S. Virgin Islands in Group F at Estadio Nacional in San José, Costa Rica.
Iván Pacheco placed Cuba in the lead in the 6’ with a header inside the penalty area to connect on a service from Yankarlos Iglesias.
Brian Romero extended the advantage in the 45’+1 with a left-footed finish inside the box. Iglesias picked up his second assist on the play.
Cai Gwilliam struck in the 46’ off a USVI corner to cut the deficit.
Lazaro Díaz struck the third for Cuba in the 48’ and struck again in the 58’ for a second consecutive brace.
José Terry earned a fifth for Cuba in the 90’+1.
The U.S. Virgin Islands would not wane, securing a second goal in the 90’+4 as Connor Bass finished an intercepted play. Anthony Milanes answered for Cuba in the 90’+5.
Toryn Penders would strike one last goal in the 90’+6 as the USVI cut the difference to three.
Saint Kitts and Nevis 0, United States 7
The United States won 7-nil against Saint Kitts and Nevis in Group F at Estadio Nacional in San José, Costa Rica.
Axel Uriostegui opened the scoring in the 11' and Cristiano Oliveira extended the strong U.S. start in the 19'.
Tanner Rosborough delivered four goals on the day, with strikes in the 25', 45'+11, 69’, and 85’.
Enrique Martinez penned his name on the scoresheet in the 58’ as the Stars and Stripes earned a second consecutive victory.

Grenada 0, Dominican Republic 4

Kerin Torres struck the second goal in the 52’ with a precise right-footed finish in the box to beat the Saint Lucia defense.
