Miami, FL - The twenty-four women’s under-20 national teams participating in the 2025 Concacaf Women’s U-20 Qualifiers have submitted their 21-player rosters ahead of the start of the tournament on February 20, 2025.
The rosters have been selected and submitted by each national team and are published as such. To be eligible to play in the 2025 Concacaf Women’s U-20 Qualifiers, all players are subject to and must fully comply with the criteria stipulated in the applicable FIFA player eligibility regulations.

Changes to the official rosters will be allowed in case of serious injury or approved medical reasons up until 24 hours before each team's first match. Concacaf must approve all changes.
The competition’s official draw took place on November 13, 2024. The participating teams were divided into six groups of four, as follows:
Group A: Haiti, Guyana, Belize, Antigua and Barbuda
Group B: Puerto Rico, El Salvador, Honduras, US Virgin Islands
Group C: Dominican Republic, Panama, Cuba, Bonaire
Group D: Jamaica, Nicaragua, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Vincent & the Grenadines
Group E: Canada, Trinidad & Tobago, Bermuda, Dominica
Group F: Costa Rica, Guatemala, Cayman Islands, Aruba
After round-robin play between February 20 and 25, the first-place team from each group (six teams in total) will advance to the 2025 Concacaf U-20 Women’s Championship joining the two pre-seeded top-ranked nations – United States and Mexico (based on the Concacaf Rankings).
