MIAMI – The 2025 Concacaf Women’s U-20 Qualifiers continued on Sunday as 24 nations continue their quests towards the Concacaf Women’s U-20 Championship and FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup.
Groups A, C, and E gave fans great performances on matchday four. J'eleisha Alexander led the way in attack with four goals on the day. Se-Hanna Mars, and Shaday Mow shined with hat-tricks, while Nehemie Sainvilus, Analia Arosemena, Nathalie Bello, Jeneva Hernandez Gray, and Ella Kettles earned braces.
The six group winners will advance to the CU20 Championship, which will determine the four Concacaf representatives for the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup.
Group A
Belize 0, Haiti 4
Haiti won 4-nil against Belize in Group A at the ABFA Technical Center in Saint John's, Antigua and Barbuda.
Brianna Crevecoeur got the opening goal for Haiti in the 22’.
Nehemie Sainvilus doubled the lead for Les Grenadières in the 25’, and Pierreline Nazon extended the advantage in the 57’.
Sainvilus got her brace and, fourth for Haiti in the 59’, as the Caribbeans earned their second straight win.
Antigua and Barbuda 0, Guyana 5
Guyana won 5-nil against Antigua and Barbuda in Group A at the ABFA Technical Center in Saint John's, Antigua and Barbuda.
Se-Hanna Mars converted from the penalty spot in the 21’ to place Guyana in the lead.
Mars kept pushing and earned a second goal for Guyana in the 63’ with a shot from outside the area. Mars sealed a hat-trick in 68’, to further the lead for Guyana.
Liyah Menilek capitalized on a loose ball in the box to add her name on the scoresheet in the 78’.
An own goal by Karmiellia Hughes in the 85’ added the fifth goal in favor of Guyana.
Group C
Bonaire 0, Panama 13
Panama won 13-nil against Bonaire in Group C at Estadio Olímpico Félix Sánchez in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
Dayane Madrid gave Panama the first goal of the match in the 7’.
Alison Onedera struck from the penalty spot to double Panama’s advantage in the 13’.
Analia Arosemena scored in the 29’ with a right-footed shot from the middle of the penalty area. She doubled her tally in the 41’, with a right-footed volley for a four-goal lead for Las Canaleras.
Arosemena kept being an essential member of the Panama squad, assisting Nathalie Bello in the 48’ to get the fifth goal of the day for the Central Americans.
The sixth Panama goal came from a right-footed shot by Jozuanys Santos in the 51’.
Shaday Mow got the seventh goal for Panama in the 60’, and eight in the 69’ to complete her brace.
Vitoria Mitre converted from a free kick in the 71’, before Delineth Rivera added the 10th goal for Panama in the 82’.
Mow converted her hat-trick from the penalty spot in the 85’.
Cristabella Rios struck from midfield in the 86’. Bello finished the game with a brace with a right-footed shot in the 90’+3.
Cuba 0, Dominican Republic 1
The Dominican Republic earned a 1-nil victory in Group C at Estadio Olímpico Félix Sánchez in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
Cuban goalkeeper Yasmery Diaz proved to be a strong force on the day key interventions in the 67’ and 85’
Dominican Republic captain Jaylen Vallecillo pulled a last-minute goal in the 90’+4 to decide who would collect the full three points.
Group E
Bermuda 0, Canada 9
Canada earned a 9-nil win against Bermuda in Group E at Ato Boldon Stadium in Couva, Trinidad and Tobago.
Kaylee Hunter got her fifth goal in the CWU20Q and the first of the day in the 16’ to place Canada in front.
Kierra Blundell struck the second goal for The Canucks in the 18’, her fourth goal of the tournament.
Teegan Melenhorst got the third goal of the day in the 23’.
Jeneva Hernandez Gray continued Canada’s offensive in the 46’ and completed her brace in the 58’.
A long left shot from the upper side of the box by Ella Kettles in the 65’ increased the goal count for Canada.
Annabelle Chukwu struck in the 75’ to score Canada’s seventh goal.
Kettles closed the night with a brace, scoring the eighth goal for the North Americans in the 90’+2.
Iba Oching earned a ninth goal in the 90’+3’ from a set piece.
Dominica 0, Trinidad and Tobago 7
Trinidad and Tobago won 7-nil against Dominica in Group E at Ato Boldon Stadium in Couva, Trinidad and Tobago.
Hackeemar Goodridge gave the hosts the lead in the 12’.
Orielle Martin increased the advantage for the Soca Warriors in the 17’.
J'eleisha Alexander pushed through the defense in the 24’ for the third goal of the encounter. She sealed her brace in the 31’. Alexander completed a hat-trick in the 66’ and earned a fourth in the 71'.
Trinidad and Tobago pushed forward until the final minutes of the match, with Madison Campbell adding a seventh goal in the 90 '+2.
