Gold Cup Player Profile: Kemar Lawrence (Jamaica)
Jamaica international Kemar Lawrence has established himself as a key figure for both club and country.
Since joining the New York Red Bulls from Harbour View FC in 2015, the 24-year-old has started in 62 of his 63 appearances in both Major League Soccer regular- and post-season play through June 30, 2017. He also saw action five games as the Red Bulls advanced to the 2016/17 Scotiabank CONCACAF League quarterfinals.
With Jamaica, Lawrence has competed in two editions of the Copa America (2015, 2016), reached the final of the 2015 CONCACAF Gold Cup and was part of the 2014 Caribbean Cup title-winning squad.
