MIAMI, Florida – League A of the 2023-24 Concacaf Nations League saw many players deliver top performances over the course of their two matches, yet these 11 players stood out the most at their respective positions.
Goalkeeper
Raiko Arozarena, Cuba
Cuba enjoyed a very solid start to their latest CNL campaign with a win and a draw thanks in large part to Arozarena, who registered two clean sheets, seven saves and three clearances.
Defenders
Carlos Vazquez, Cuba
Another key piece of Cuba’s back-to-back clean sheet results was Vazquez, who made a whopping 11 clearances to go along with two steals.
Aubrey David, Trinidad and Tobago
Like he has always been his entire career, David was effective at both ends. He took three shots in attack, while made five steals and four clearances to help the Soca Warriors become the only team to win both games in the window.
Jose Morales, Guatemala
Guatemala pocketed a four-point window, getting four steals and four clearances from tireless worker Morales.
Midfielders
Adalberto Carrasquilla, Panama
The 2023 Concacaf Gold Cup Best Player Award winner continued his stellar form, completing more than 90 percent of his passes and contributing an assist on top of eight steals.
Willian Pozo, Cuba

Ryan Telfer, Trinidad and Tobago
Telfer played a massive role in Trinidad and Tobago’s two victories with a goal and an assist, to go along with two steals.
Forwards

Louicius scored two goals in just three minutes to give Haiti an early two-goal advantage in Kingston against Jamaica, tying him with Rodriguez of Honduras for the most goals in League A. He also had a steal and a clearance.
Jose Fajardo, Panama
Fajardo was very active for Panama, with a goal in the opening 3-0 win against Martinique. He completed more than 91 percent of his passes in 161 minutes.
