MIAMI, Florida – The group stage of the 2019-20 Concacaf Nations League is complete and in League B there were many notable performances at both the individual and team levels.

A whopping 128 goals and 62 assists were tallied by the 16 teams over the course of the six matchdays with a 2.7 goals per game average.

In League B there was no place like home, as 73 goals were scored by the home side and just 55 for the visiting team.

The second half also proved to be the time when teams did most of their damage, as 68 of the goals were scored in the second 45 minutes and 27 of those coming in the final 15 minutes and eight in stoppage time.

Of the 40 victories attained, five were earned via comebacks, while a total of 27 clean sheets were posted by goalkeepers, who accounted for 302 saves.

Gleofilo Vlijter of Suriname was one of the offensive stars in League B, as he led all teams in goals (10) and goal situations (24). Not to be outdone was Jamaica’s Shamar Nicholson, who topped the charts in assists (four), while El Salvador’s Narciso Orellana had the most completed passes (295).

No goalkeeper was pressed into duty more than Dominica’s Glenson Prince, who had a League B-high 27 saves, while Jairo Bueno of the Dominican Republic was the player with the most minutes played (583) and Brad Richards of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines took home the mantle as biggest super-sub for logging 209 minutes off the bench.

On a collective level, Jamaica was the team that flexed their attacking muscles the most, ranking first in goals (21), assists (15) and successful passes (2242). 

Aruba goes down as the most effective passing team (89.8%), El Salvador as the most chance-creating team (85), Dominica as the team with the most ball recoveries (55), Saint Lucia with the most saves (28) and Montserrat with the most goals via header (3).
