MIAMI – The 2024/25 Concacaf Nations League saw an eventful night in League B as Group A concluded its October window on Sunday at Arnos Vale Stadium in Arnos Vale, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and Bonaire responded with significant wins after suffering defeats on Thursday. El Salvador continues to lead the group but saw its advantage cut to two points, while Bonaire jumped out of last place to third.

Montserrat vs. Bonaire

Bonaire moved to third place in Group A after a 1-nil win against Montserrat.

Ayrton Cicilia opened the scoring in the 29’ using his footwork to create open space inside the penalty area and bury the match’s lone goal.

The Emerald Boys tried to find the equalizer in the 77’ off a free kick from distance by Lyle Taylor, but Bonaire’s goalkeeper Hendrik Letteboer knocked the ball away.

El Salvador vs. Saint Vincent and the Grenadines

Saint Vincent and the Grenadines earned a 2-1 win against El Salvador.

Group leaders El Salvador were a win away from earning promotion and qualifying directly to the 2025 Gold Cup, but the Vincy Heat had other plans.

Shakeem Adams put the hosts ahead in the 39’ as he put away a bouncing ball from close range.

La Selecta was pushing for the equalizer, and captain Rudy Clavel got it in the 71’ by heading in a redirected ball off the corner kick.

Diel Spring knocked in the dramatic winner in the 88’ as he slid and connected with a great cross from Bishon Richards to send the home fans into celebration.

El Salvador maintains the top spot in Group A with nine points as Saint Vincent and the Grenadines improved to seven points, following in second. Bonaire sits third in the group with four points, followed by Montserrat with three.
