MIAMI, Florida – The 2023 Concacaf Boys’ Under-15 Championship in the Dominican Republic and Curacao continued on Monday with the teams in League A, League B and League C all in action.
In League C at the Estadio Olimpico Felix Sanchez in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Dominica and Turks and Caicos Islands played to a 1-1 draw, while Saint Vincent and the Grenadines defeated US Virgin Islands 1-0. The Estadio Panamericano in San Cristobal, Dominican Republic, hosted the other match in League C in which Saint Martin downed Anguilla 5-0.
All the matches in League B are taking place in Curacao at the Ergilio Hato Stadium and Stadion Rignaal Jean Francisca, beginning with Martinique’s 2-0 win versus Grenada, Saint Lucia’s 5-0 victory against Cayman Islands and a 2-2 draw between Nicaragua and Suriname.
Later in the day, Bermuda edged Aruba 1-0, Barbados played to a 0-0 draw with Guyana, Saint Kitts and Nevis topped Antigua and Barbuda 2-1, home side Curacao captured a 5-0 win against Bonaire and Belize squeezed past Guadeloupe 1-0.
It was another busy day in League A in the Dominican Republic, as Jamaica and the United States stayed unbeaten, with the Reggae Boyz overcoming Saudi Arabia 4-1 and the USA defeating Cuba 10-0.
Mexico also defeated El Salvador 4-1, Canada captured a 2-0 win versus Guatemala, Panama earned a 3-1 triumph over Dominican Republic, Honduras and Puerto Rico played to a 0-0 draw and Haiti slipped past Qatar 1-0.
