MIAMI, Florida – The 2024 Concacaf Women’s Under-17 Championship at the headquarters of the Mexican Football Federation in Toluca, Mexico, concluded on Sunday following the 4-0 victory for the United States over Mexico in the Final.
There were a number of standout performances over the two weeks at both the individual and collective levels, with the following players and teams earning top distinctions.
Fair Player Award: United States
Best Goalkeeper: Camila Vazquez, Mexico
Vazquez was a big part of Mexico’s run to the final, as she registered a clean sheet in each of El Tricolor’s three group stage matches and then just a single goal in the semifinal versus Canada.
Top Scorer, presented by Qatar Airways: Kennedy Fuller, United States
Fuller was as prolific as it comes, starting the tournament with a five-goal performance in a 13-0 group stage win versus Panama. She then followed that up with a goal in the 5-0 group stage final victory against Canada. Fuller was just as effective in the knockout round, bagging a brace in the 7-1 semifinal win versus Haiti to give her eight goals for the tournament.

Best Player Award, presented by Scotiabank: Lourdjina Etienne, Haiti
Haiti reached the semifinals thanks in large part to the sensational Etienne, who accounted for eight of Haiti’s nine goals during the tournament. She started by scoring both goals in a 2-1 win against Costa Rica to open the tournament, followed by a four-goal haul in the 5-3 triumph over El Salvador. Etienne then scored both of Haiti’s goals in the knockout stage, scoring in the semifinals against the U.S. and the Third-Place Match against Canada.
