Concacaf Partner Relations
Thank you for your interest in doing business with Concacaf. Our Confederation is committed to conducting its business in accordance with the highest standards of ethical conduct, social responsibility, and in compliance with applicable laws. We work closely with partners around the world, constantly seeking new and innovative products and services to better serve our mission to develop, promote, and manage football throughout our region.
How We Procure
In accordance with Concacaf policies and procedures, depending on the estimated contract value, the nature and complexity of the requirements, the sourcing of goods and services may be conducted through one of the following processes:
- - Direct appointment
- - Competitive bidding through informal or formal solicitation documents (i.e., RFP, RFQ)
Partner Onboarding Requirements
Partner onboarding requirements may include, but are not limited to:
- - Submitting legal entity details (legal name, address, tax information, banking details, etc.)
- - Signing non-disclosure agreements
- - Completing Concacaf’s Third-Party Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
- - Signing Concacaf’s Partner Code of Conduct, and any other applicable Concacaf Accounting and Compliance Document
Due Diligence
Partners may be subject to Concacaf’s due diligence process and continual monitoring based on the perceived levels of risks and/or impacts of its business relationships.
Partner Code of Conduct
Learn more about Concacaf’s expectations and requirements for its partners by downloading the Concacaf Partner Code of Conduct. Any third-party that provides or intends to provide goods and services to Concacaf is required to comply with this Code.
