MIAMI. - Finality comes for 12 teams, as action concludes in Groups B, C and D of League B in the 2023-24 Concacaf Nations League on Tuesday.

Nicaragua has already clinched its promotion to League A and returns to Managua for a celebratory exit in Group B against the Dominican Republic.

There is plenty to decide in Group C with first-place Bermuda and last place Saint Vincent and the Grenadines separated by only two points. In Group D, three points separate leaders Guyana and Puerto Rico for the top spot.

French Guiana vs. Bermuda

French Guiana and Bermuda meet in Group C at the Pierre-Aliker Stadium in Fort-de-France, Martinique.

These two nations played to a scoreless stalemate on the opening matchday. Now both sides meet as the first and second teams in the group.

Bermuda would seal promotion with a victory, while a draw would only serve if Belize does not win. French Guiana and Belize are tied on points, so tiebreakers would decide who finishes firsts in case both sides win.

Kane Crichlow leads Bermuda with three goals with Jai Bean, Remy Coddington, Djair Parfitt-Williams, Lejaun Simmons and Ne-Jai Tucker each contributing a goal apiece. Bermuda is unbeaten in three matches.

Jules Haabo and Thomas Nemouthe lead French Guiana with two goals each. The French side is looking to rebound from a 1-0 loss at Belize.

Saint Vincent and the Grenadines vs. Belize

Saint Vincent and the Grenadines host Belize in Group C at the Kirani James Athletics Stadium in St. George's, Grenada.

Despite entering in last place, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines could attain promotion with a victory by a large margin and a Bermuda-French Guiana draw. Belize could also advance with a victory and a draw or loss by Bermuda.

Saint Vincent and the Grenadines defeated Belize on the opening matchday with goals from Marlon Simmons and an own goal by Deshawon Nembhard. Nana Mensah scored for Belize.

Oalex Anderson leads Saint Vincent and the Grenadines with three goals. Belize has five different scorers with one each.

Guyana vs. Antigua and Barbuda

Guyana faces Antigua and Barbuda in Group D at the Felix Sanchez Olympic Stadium in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

The two previously met in the first matchday with Guyana prevailing away with a 5-1 victory. Guyana has gone on to remain unbeaten and is on a four-match winning streak.

Omari Glasgow is the co-top scorer in League B with six goals, three coming in a hat-trick performance on that opening match. TJ Bramble, Raheem Deterville and Javorn Stevens have two each for Antigua and Barbuda.

Antigua and Barbuda is coming off a 3-2 loss to Puerto Rico on Saturday. A draw would be enough for Guyana to clinch promotion.

Puerto Rico vs. Bahamas

Puerto Rico hosts the Bahamas in Group D at the Juan Ramon Loubriel Stadium in Bayamon, Puerto Rico.

Three points removed from first-place; Puerto Rico needs to win to keep its promotion hopes alive. The Bahamas need a victory to have a chance at avoiding relegation.

The two nations last faced off in September, as Puerto Rico took a 6-1 victory to start the campaign. Christopher Rahming had the opening goal early on that occasion before goals from Gerald Diaz, Ricardo Rivera, Rodolfo Sulia and a Joel Burgos hat-trick led to a victory for the visiting team.

Diaz leads Puerto Rico with five goals with Rivera and Burgos next on three apiece. Wood Julmis leads the Bahamas with three goals.

Nicaragua vs. Dominican Republic

Nicaragua concludes its campaign in Group B by hosting the Dominican Republic at the National Football Stadium in Managua, Nicaragua.

A 4-0 victory over Barbados helped Nicaragua seal its ticket to League A on Friday night. Holding a perfect 5-0-0 record, the Blue and White look to close out with a victory in front of its home fans.

Nicaragua won the previous encounter in the opening matchday with two goals from Oscar Acevedo. The Dominican Republic went on to win three consecutive, helping mark its most successful campaign in League B.
