The battle for the top spot in Group C was decided as Saint Kitts and Nevis defended first place against the Cayman Islands with a 1-1 draw.
The Cayman Islands finished as the best second-placed team to advance to earn promotion to League B and a spot in the CNL Play-In.
Saint Kitts and Nevis vs. Cayman Islands
Saint Kitts and Nevis tied 1-1 with the Cayman Islands in Group C at Warner Park in Basseterre, Saint Kitts and Nevis.
